CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy A valid credit card is required and securely stored on file for all clients and future appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 or more hours' notice will not incur any fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee, and any deposit paid for the scheduled service will be non-refundable. This policy helps me honor the time reserved specifically for you while creating opportunities for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Please note that clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the service as scheduled.
